Amatle Consulting Talk to us

How we work

Clear scope, an actuary in charge, no surprises.

  1. 1

    A conversation

We hear what you need, what your board, regulator or auditor is asking for and what you already have in place.

  2. 2

    A written proposal

You get the scope, the deliverables, the timeline and the fee in writing before anything starts.

  3. 3

The work, led by an actuary

An actuary leads every engagement and reviews and signs off what we deliver.

  4. 4

    Handover and skills transfer

We leave your people able to run what we built, with training from Amatle Institute where it helps.

Fees

Tailored to each business.

A business of twenty people and a group of two thousand need different things, so we do not sell one price list. Every engagement is priced to its scope in one of three ways.

Defined projects

A fee agreed up front for work with a clear scope, such as a valuation, a framework or a review.

Retainers

A monthly or quarterly fee for ongoing work such as an outsourced risk function or recurring reporting, sized to how much ground it covers.

Larger programmes

Phased work such as an IFRS 17 remediation, priced in stages with checkpoints, so you approve each phase before the next.

Skills transfer

We plan to be less needed over time.

The work is only half the job. Our sister company, Amatle Institute, trains accountants, actuaries and finance teams on IFRS and SAM, so when your team needs to understand what we built, the training already exists.
